A Life on the Edge – and the Path Forward
Growing up, and in my youth, I lived what most people would call “a life on the edge”.
It has been a life marred by loneliness, addiction and lawlessness.
Over the past 20 years, through dedication to self-development and intensive work, I have turned my life around and have supported other individuals struggling with addiction, I have dedicated myself to helping others transform their lives. My journey began as a mentor, where I guided countless people through the challenges of addiction recovery, providing support, empathy, and practical strategies for lasting change. This rewarding work ignited a deeper passion for helping others, ultimately leading me to pursue a career as a psychotherapist.
I work from a psychodynamic approach, which focuses on exploring the unconscious patterns and emotional experiences that influence our present lives.
To strengthen and broaden my practice, I have completed further education in trauma therapy and have also trained in NADA therapy – an ear acupuncture method used to support emotional regulation, reduce stress, and ease symptoms of addiction, anxiety, and trauma.
